Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 12 (1) of the Public health Ordinance, 1960 [Ord. No. 7 of 1960.], and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Governor in Council has declared that paracholera shall be a notifiable disease for the purpose of Part III of the Ordinance. Dated at Jesselton, this 14th day of February, 1962. M. PIKE, Clerk of Executive Council.
