Opening note

Preamble

BAHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 471/1962 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Borneo Utara pada 1 Ogos 1962, dalam menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh subseksyen 28(1) Ordinan Tanah [Bab 68], dan semua kuasa lain kepadanya yang membolehkannya, Pegawai Pentadbir Kerajaan telah merizabkan tanah Kerajaan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang pada pendapatnya, diperlukan untuk tujuan awam, iaitu untuk Rizab Pendidikan: DAN BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasaan dan Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Perwakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 242/2010], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan memberikan notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan siasatan oleh Pendaftar Hakmilik Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan berhubung dengan cadangan pembatalan itu akan diadakan di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan, Tingkat 1, E003, Aras Podium, Kompleks Ujana Kewangan, Peti Surat 80693, Jalan Merdeka, 87016 Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan mulai pukul 9.00 pagi hingga 12.00 tengah hari pada 29 April 2025 dan mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap cadangan pembatalan itu boleh hadir ke siasatan itu. NATIONAL LAND CODE

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by Notification No. 471/1962 published in the Gazette of the North Borneo

Government on 1 August 1962, in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by subsection 28(1) of the Land Ordinance [Cap. 68], and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Officer Administering the Government has reserved the Crown land described in the Schedule which in his opinion, is required for a public purpose, that is to say for an Education Reserve:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2)

of the National Land Code, as modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and

Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13

[P.U. (B) 242/2010], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Registrar of Title of the Federal Territory of Labuan in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Labuan, 1st Floor, E003, Podium Level,

Kompleks Ujana Kewangan, P.O Box 80693, Jalan Merdeka, 87016 Wilayah Persekutuan

Labuan at 9.00 a.m to 12.00 p.m on 29 April 2025 and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
