BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perizaban Tanah bagi Maksud Awam [P.U. (B) 310/2019] yang disiarkan dalam Warta Persekutuan pada 17 Jun 2019, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha, Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13

WHEREAS, by the Reservation of Land for Public Purpose [P.U. (B) 310/2019]

June 2019, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, of a site for open space and has designated that the

Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur from 9.00 a.m. until 1.00 p.m.

on 5 February 2026 and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
