NOTIS CADANGAN PEMBATALAN PERIZABAN TANAH BAGI MAKSUD AWAM

BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perizaban Tanah bagi Maksud Awam [P.U. (B) 189/2000]

yang disiarkan dalam Warta Persekutuan pada 15 Jun 2000, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk loji pembersihan air dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Bekalan Air Selangor hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu:

DAN BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]:

NATIONAL LAND CODE

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by the Reservation of Land for Public Purpose [P.U. (B) 189/2000]

published in the Gazette of the Federation on 15 June 2000, the Land Executive

Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, of a site for water treatment plant and has designated that the Director of the Waterworks Department, Selangor shall have control of the reserved land:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2)

of the National Land Code, as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National

Land Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, 4th Floor, Federal House,

Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur from 9.00 a.m. until 1.00 p.m. on 12 February 2026

and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
