BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perizaban Tanah bagi Maksud Awam [P.U. (B) 82/2007]

yang disiarkan dalam Warta Persekutuan pada 8 Mac 2007, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah

Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan rekreasi dan telah menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Negara hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu:

DAN BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja

Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya sebahagian perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]:

NATIONAL LAND CODE

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by the Reservation of Land for Public Purpose [P.U. (B) 82/2007]

published in the Gazette of the Federation on 8 March 2007, the Land Executive

Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur has reserved the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, of a site for an open space and recreation and has designated that the Chief Secretary to the Government shall have control of the reserved land:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the part of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2)

of the

National

Land

Code, as modified by the

Federal

Territory

(Modification of National Land Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13

[P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur gives notice of the proposal to revoke the part of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Director of Lands and
