BAHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 33/1969 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Selangor pada 30 Januari 1969, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828] dan diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Duli Yang Maha Mulia Raja di dalam Majlis, dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Selangor No. 14 pada 24 Mac 1966, Menteri Besar Selangor telah mengisytiharkan bahawa sekeping tanah yang terletak di bandar Kuala Lumpur yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas pelan ukur hasil No. 24,776 yang disimpan di pejabat Ketua Juruukur Selangor, menjadi suatu rizab bagi Sekolah Agama Perempuan yang dijaga oleh Yang di-Pertua, Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu, Selangor: DAN

BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur memberikan notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan siasatan oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur berhubung dengan cadangan pembatalan itu akan diadakan di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Tingkat 2, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur mulai pukul 9.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang pada 27 Mei 2021 dan mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap cadangan pembatalan itu boleh hadir ke siasatan itu. NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by Notification No. 33/1969 published in the Government of Selangor Gazette on 30 January 1969, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the

National Land Code [Act 828] and delegated to him by His Highness the Ruler in Council, in the Government of Selangor Gazette No. 14 on 24 March 1966, the Menteri Besar

Selangor has proclaimed that the parcel of land situated in the town of Kuala Lumpur described in the Schedule and delineated on revenue survey plan No. 24,776 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor Selangor, to be a reserve for a Religious Girl School to be maintained by the Yang di-Pertua, Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu, Selangor:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2) of the

National Land Code, as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National

Land Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the Government of the

Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], the

Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of the

Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, 2nd Floor,

Federal House, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur from 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m.

on 27 May 2021 and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
