BAHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 312/1897 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Selangor pada 21 Mei 1897, pada menjalankan kuasa yang terletak hak padanya oleh seksyen 5 Kanun Tanah Selangor 1891, Residen British telah mengisytiharkan bahawa petak tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang disimpan di Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan Malaysia, menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud awam, yang disenggarakan oleh Penghulu Mukim Petaling: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui P.U. BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya, memberikan notis di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan bahawa mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap pembatalan itu akan didengar oleh Pentadbir Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur dalam suatu siasatan yang akan diadakan di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Tingkat 2, 3 dan 4, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur mulai pukul 9.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang pada 3 Disember 2019. 3

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF

LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by Notification No. 312/1897 published in the Selangor Government Gazette on 21

May 1897, in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 5 of the

Selangor Land Code 1891, the

Resident has proclaimed that the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto which is deposited in the Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia, to be a reserve for the public purpose, to be maintained by the Penghulu of Mukim of Petaling:

AND WHEREAS, by P.U. (B) 108/2003 published in the Gazette of the

Government of the Federation on 3 March 2003, the Government of the Federation has delegated the exercise of its powers under section 64 of the National Land Code

[Act 56/1956] to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked:

NOW THEREFORE, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the

National Land Code conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it, gives notice under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the

Schedule and that any person who desires to object against such revocation will be heard by the Land Administrator of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur at an enquiry to be held at the Office of Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of

Kuala Lumpur, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floors, Federal House, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin,

Kuala Lumpur from 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. on 3 December 2019.
