BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perizaban Tanah bagi Maksud Awam [P.U. (B) 505/1993] yang disiarkan dalam Warta Persekutuan pada 4 November 1993, Menteri yang bertanggungjawab bagi perkara-perkara yang berhubungan dengan tanah di Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan telah merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk Stesen Melihat Anak Bulan dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan, Jabatan Perdana Menteri hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, adalah didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasaan dan Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah Negara)2009

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by the Reservation of Land for a Public Purpose [P.U. (B) 505/1993]

published in the Gazette of the Federation on 4 November 1993, the Minister responsible for matters relating to land in the Federal Territory of Labuan has reserved the

Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a Sighting Station for New Moon and has designated that the Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam

Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan, Jabatan Perdana Menteri shall have control of the reserved land:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Labuan that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2) of the

National Land Code, as modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and

Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009] and delegated by the

Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13

[P.U. (B) 242/2010], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Registrar of Title of the Federal Territory of

Labuan in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of Director of

Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Labuan, 1st Floor, E003,

Podium Level, Kompleks Ujana Kewangan, P.O Box 80693, Jalan Merdeka, 87016

Federal Territory of Labuan on 20 February 2023 from 9.00 a.m until 12.00 p.m and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
