NATIONAL LAND CODE
NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
WHEREAS, by the Reservation of Land for Public Purpose [P.U. (B) 609/2011] published in the Gazette of the Federation on 27 December 2011, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan has reserved the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a parking place and has designated that the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing shall have control of the reserved land:
AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the
Federal Territory of Labuan that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2) of the
National
Land
Code, as modified by the
Federal
Territory of
Labuan
(Extension and Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under
Section 13
[P.U.
(B)
242/2010], the
Land
Executive
Committee of the
Federal Territory of Labuan gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the
Registrar of Title of the Federal Territory of Labuan in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of the Director of Lands and Mines of the
Federal Territory of Labuan, 1st Floor, E003, Podium Level, Ujana Kewangan Complex,
P.O. Box 80693, Jalan Merdeka, 87016 Federal Territory of Labuan from 9.00 a.m.
to 12.00 p.m. on 11 January 2022 and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
