BAHAWASANYA, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 456/1961 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Selangor pada 20 Julai 1961, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada Raja dalam Majlis oleh seksyen 24(i) Kanun Tanah [N.M.B Bab 138] dan diwakilkan kepadanya, Menteri Besar Selangor telah mengisytiharkan bahawa petak tanah yang terletak di dalam bandar Kuala Lumpur, yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan di atas pelan ukur hasil No. 22, 745, yang disimpan di pejabat Ketua Juruukur, Selangor, menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud suatu tapak untuk takungan, rumah pam dan talian buruh, yang disenggarakan oleh Jurutera Penguasa, Pengurusan Air Selangor: DAN

BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur memberikan notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan siasatan oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur berhubung dengan cadangan pembatalan itu akan diadakan di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Tingkat 2, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur mulai pukul 9.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang pada 21 Oktober 2021 dan mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap cadangan pembatalan itu boleh hadir ke siasatan itu. NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by Notification No. 456/1961 published in the Selangor Government Gazette on 20 July 1961, in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Ruler in Council by section 24(i) of the Land Code [F.M.S. Cap. 138] and delegated to him, the Chief Minister of Selangor has proclaimed that the parcel of land situated in the town of Kuala Lumpur, described in the Schedule and delineated upon revenue survey plan

Selangor, to be a reserve for the purpose of a site for reservoir, pump house and labour lines, to be maintained by the Superintending Engineer, Pengurusan Air Selangor:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2) of the

National Land Code, as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land

Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive

Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, 2nd Floor, Federal House, Jalan Sultan

Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur from 9.00 a.m. until 4.00 p.m. on 21 October 2021

and any person who desires to object against the proposed revocation may attend the enquiry.
