BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perizaban Tanah bagi Maksud Awam [P.U. (B) 135/2010] yang disiarkan dalam Warta Persekutuan pada 1 April 2010, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur telah merizabkan Tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk rumah pam dan telah menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Selangor hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu: DAN

BAHAWASANYA, didapati suai manfaat sekarang oleh Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur supaya keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 64 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828]: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara, sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U.

Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur memberikan notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan keseluruhan perizaban yang disebut terdahulu itu sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan siasatan oleh Pengarah Tanah dan Galian

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur berhubung dengan cadangan pembatalan itu akan diadakan di Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan

Kuala Lumpur, Tingkat 2, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur mulai pukul 9.00 pagi hingga 4.00 petang pada 24 Ogos 2023 dan mana-mana orang yang berhasrat untuk membantah terhadap cadangan pembatalan itu boleh hadir ke siasatan itu.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

WHEREAS, by the Reservation of Land for Public Purpose [P.U. (B) 135/2010]

published in the Gazette of the Federation on 1 April 2010, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur has reserved the Federal Land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a pump house and has designated that the State Secretary of Selangor shall have control of the reserved land:

AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:
