NATIONAL LAND CODE
NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND
FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
WHEREAS, by the Reservation of Land for Public Purpose [P.U. (B) 26/2021]
published in the Gazette of the Federation on 20 January 2021, the Land Executive
Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan has reserved the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for an open space and has designated that the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories shall have control of the reserved land:
AND WHEREAS, it now appears expedient to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan that the whole of the aforesaid reservation be revoked under section 64 of the National Land Code [Act 828]:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(2)
of the National Land Code, as modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan
(Extension and Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009]
and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under
Section 13

Land
Executive
Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan gives notice of the proposal to revoke the whole of the aforesaid reservation as described in the Schedule and an enquiry by the Registrar of Title of the Federal Territory of Labuan in relation to the proposed revocation will be held at the Office of Director of Lands and Mines of the
