ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 70

The Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur, after consultation with the

Director General for Road Transport, proposes to make an order under section 70

of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the effect of which will be to prohibit the driving of vehicles specified in column (3) of the First Schedule, on the part of the road specified in column (1) of the First Schedule as shown on the map in the Second Schedule, otherwise than on the routes specified in column (2) of the First Schedule, with effect from 1 January 2022 until 31 March 2022.

Objections to the proposal, if any, must be sent in writing to the

Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur at the Urban Transportation Department,

Kuala Lumpur City Hall, 7th Floor, Menara DBKL 2, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur or by email to jpb@dbkl.gov.my, on or before 17 December 2021.
