ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 70

The Minister of Works proposes to make an order under section 70 of the

Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the effect of which will be to prohibit the driving of vehicles on the part of the road specified in column (1) of the First Schedule as shown on the map in the Second Schedule, otherwise than on the routes specified in column (2)

of the First Schedule, for the period specified in column (3) of the First Schedule.

Objections to the proposal, if any, must be sent in writing to the

Director, Road Facilities Maintenance Branch, Public Works Department Malaysia

Headquarters, Level 2 Block D (Old), Jalan Sultan Salahuddin, 50582 Kuala Lumpur or by e-mail to pejabatjkrperlis@jkr.gov.my, on or before 29 September 2025.
