PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) terhadap Too Jia Wei dan Four Star Seafood Sdn. Bhd. supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi Jenayah 2, Johor Bahru pada 1 Julai 2024 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING, ANTI-TERRORISM FINANCING AND PROCEEDS

OF UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES ACT 2001

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful

Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) against Too Jia Wei and Four Star Seafood Sdn. Bhd.

to attend before Criminal High Court 2, Johor Bahru on 1 July 2024 at 9.00 a.m.

to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
