IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful

Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) against Chong Chui Li and Fonica Digital Sdn. Bhd.

to attend before High Court 1, Kota Bharu on 3 July 2024 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
