NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the

Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) against Lee Wang Fuh, Muhammad Helmi bin Halim, Goh Seok Hui and Chia Jia Horng to attend before High Court 2, Ipoh on 3 October 2024 at 9.00 a.m.

to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.

Cash totalling RM21,459.00 which is part of total sum of banker’s cheque of

Public Bank Berhad, Ipoh Garden Branch, Ipoh, Perak, number 154409

for the amount of RM47,000.00 which was seized on 10 August 2022

Money totalling RM1,847.00 and any accretion to it in the savings account of

Muhammad Helmi bin Halim at the Maybank Islamic Berhad, Merlimau Branch,
