PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2) Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], dibaca bersama seksyen 55, notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam pertuduhan di bawah perenggan 4(1)(b) terhadap Leong Yih Pak dan Leong Jun Yuan supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Sesyen Jenayah 1, Selayang pada 15 Oktober 2024 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the

Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities

Act 2001 [Act 613], read together with section 55, notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the charge under paragraph 4(1)(b) against Leong Yih Pak and Leong Jun Yuan to attend before Criminal Sessions Court 1, Selayang on 15 October 2024 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
