PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2)
Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan
Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam
Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) Akta terhadap Wunder Wish Enterprise supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi 1, Kuching pada 23 April 2025 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)
of the
Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities
Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) of the Act against Wunder Wish Enterprise to attend before High Court 1, Kuching on 23 April 2025 at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.
