PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 61(2)
Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram, Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan dan
Hasil daripada Aktiviti Haram 2001 [Akta 613], notis diberikan kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga yang menuntut mempunyai apa-apa kepentingan dalam harta yang dinyatakan dalam
Jadual yang menjadi hal perkara dalam prosiding di bawah subseksyen 56(1) terhadap Ng Bee Lay, Kid Fashion World Enterprise dan
Hidayah 883 Stationery supaya hadir di hadapan Mahkamah Tinggi, Kuantan pada 13 Mei 2025 jam 9.00 pagi untuk menunjukkan sebab mengapa harta itu tidak boleh dilucuthakkan.

NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)
of the
Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities
Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the properties specified in the Schedule which are the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) against Ng Bee Lay, Kid Fashion World Enterprise and Hidayah 883 Stationery to attend before High Court, Kuantan on 13 May 2025
at 9.00 a.m. to show cause as to why the properties shall not be forfeited.
