NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 61(2)

of the

Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing, Anti-Restricted Activity Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 [Act 613], notice is given to any third party who claims to have any interest in the property specified in the Schedule which is the subject matter in the proceedings under subsection 56(1) of the Act against

Master Plan Company to attend before High Court Sibu on 13 October 2026 at 9.00 a.m.

to show cause as to why the property shall not be forfeited.

Money totalling RM212,518.83 and any accretion to it in the current account of

Master Plan Company at the RHB Islamic Bank Berhad, Sibu Branch, Sarawak, account number 26103900025168
