Seksyen 1

Jawatan yang akan menjadi kosong pada 9 Februari 2020 adalah bagi —

(a)

dua orang optometris berdaftar yang bermastautin di Malaysia; dan

(b)

dua orang juruoptik berdaftar yang bermastautin di Malaysia.

Penamaan calon

Seksyen 2

(1)

Penamaan calon diminta bagi jawatan yang akan menjadi kosong itu.

(2)

Penamaan calon hendaklah dikemukakan kepada

Pengerusi, Majlis Optik Malaysia, Aras 2, Blok E1, Parcel E, Pusat Pentadbiran

Kerajaan Persekutuan, 62590 Putrajaya.

(3)

Penamaan calon yang diterima selepas pukul 5.00

petang pada 2 September 2019 tidak akan diterima.

NOTICE OF VACANCIES OF ELECTED OFFICES IN THE

MALAYSIAN OPTICAL COUNCIL

Opening note

Preamble

PURSUANT to paragraph 4(1)(b) of the Optical Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 210/1994], notice of the following vacancies of elected offices in the Malaysian Optical Council is published in the Gazette: Vacancies 1. The offices that will fall vacant on 9 February 2020 are for —

(a)

two registered optometrists resident in Malaysia; and

(b)

two registered opticians resident in Malaysia.

Nomination of candidates 2.

(1)

The nomination of candidates for the offices that will fall vacant is requested.

(2)

The nomination of candidates shall be submitted to the Chairman,

Malaysian Optical Council, Aras 2, Blok E1, Parcel E, Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan

Persekutuan, 62590 Putrajaya.

(3)

The nomination of candidates received after 5.00

p.m.

on 2 September 2019 will not be accepted.

Election 3.

The election for the offices that will fall vacant will be held on 7 January 2020.
