- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh peraturan 12 Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pendaftaran Pemilih) 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya meminta—
(b)
tiap-tiap orang yang berkelayakan dan berhasrat supaya didaftarkan sebagai seorang pemilih Negeri di dalam Negeri itu, dan yang belum didaftarkan sedemikian di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan ini atau sebagai seorang yang telah pun didaftarkan sedemikian berhasrat untuk memindahkan pendaftarannya ke suatu tempat yang lain di mana dia layak untuk didaftarkan, supaya menghantar sendiri permohonannya kepada Pendaftar bagi kawasan pendaftaran atau
Penolong Pendaftar bagi unit pendaftaran di mana dia berkelayakan sebagai pemilih atau kepada mana-mana Pendaftar bagi mana-mana kawasan pendaftaran atau mana-mana
Penolong
Pendaftar lain bagi mana-mana unit pendaftaran pada atau selepas 1 Januari 2020 tetapi tidak lewat daripada 31 Disember 2020.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AND
TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION OF ELECTOR

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 12 of the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 [P.U. (A) 293/2002], the Election Commission calls upon—
(a)
every person who is qualified and desires to be registered as a Parliamentary elector in any State; and
(b)
every person who is qualified and desires to be registered as a State elector in such State, and who is not already so registered under these Regulations or being already so registered desires to transfer his registration to a different locality in which he is qualified to be registered, to forward personally his application to the Registrar of the registration area or the Assistant Registrar of the registration unit in which he is qualified as an elector or to any Registrar of any registration area or any other
Assistant Registrar of any registration unit on or after 1 January 2020 but not later than 31 December 2020.
