Kelebaran 600mm atau Lebih, Disalut, Disadur atau Disepuh dengan Timah

(Electrolytic Tinplate atau Tinplate) yang Berasal atau Dieksport dari Republik Rakyat China,

Republik India, Jepun dan Republik Korea dalam P.U. (B) 313/2024 pada 14 Ogos 2024,

Kerajaan, menurut subperaturan 10(2) Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan

Anti-Lambakan 1994

233/1994], melanjutkan tempoh masa penyiasatan duti anti-lambakan dengan tambahan selama tiga puluh hari mulai 13 Disember 2024 hingga 11 Januari 2025 untuk membuat penentuan awal dalam hal penyiasatan duti anti-lambakan berkenaan dengan import produk gulungan rata besi atau keluli bukan aloi dengan kelebaran 600mm atau lebih, disalut, disadur atau disepuh dengan timah (electrolytic tinplate atau tinplate) yang berasal atau dieksport dari Republik Rakyat China, Republik India, Jepun dan Republik Korea.

PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Initiation of Anti-Dumping Duty

Investigation with regard to the Imports of Flat-Rolled Products of Iron or Non-Alloy Steel of a Width of 600mm or More, Clad, Plated or Coated With Tin (Electrolytic Tinplate or Tinplate) Originating or Exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of India, Japan and the Republic of Korea in P.U. (B) 313/2024

on 14 August 2024, the Government, pursuant to subregulation 10(2) of the

Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], extends the time period of anti-dumping duty investigation by an additional thirty days from 13 December 2024 to 11 January 2025 for making the preliminary determination in the case of the anti-dumping duty investigation with regard to the imports of flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel of a width of 600mm or more, clad, plated or coated with tin

(electrolytic tinplate or tinplate)

originating or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of India, Japan and the Republic of Korea.
