P.U. (B) 340/2015 pada 27 Ogos 2015, Kerajaan melanjutkan tempoh masa dengan tambahan sebanyak tiga puluh hari mulai 26 Disember 2015 hingga 24 Januari 2016
untuk membuat penentuan awal menurut subperaturan 10(2)
Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994]
dalam hal penyiasatan duti anti-lambakan mengenai import keluli aloi dan bukan aloi gegelung gulungan sejuk yang berkenaan yang berasal atau dieksport dari Republik
Rakyat China, Republik Korea dan Republik Sosialis Viet Nam.

NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME PERIOD FOR MAKING PRELIMINARY
DETERMINATION

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Initiation of an Anti-Dumping Duty
Investigation with regard to the Imports of Cold Rolled Coils of Alloy and Non-Alloy
Steel Originating or Exported from the People’s Republic of China, Republic of Korea and Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in P.U. (B) 340/2015 on 27 August 2015, the Government extends the time period by an additional thirty days from 26 December 2015 until 24 January 2016 for making the preliminary determination pursuant to subregulation 10(2) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties
Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994] in the case of anti-dumping duty investigation with regard to the imports of the relevant cold rolled coils of alloy and non-alloy steel originating or exported from the People’s Republic of China, Republic of Korea and
Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
