- BAHAWASANYA, melalui P.U. (A) 110/2011 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan pada 14 April 2011, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik Rakyat Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. (No. Syarikat 452759-X) untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad dan perbadanan yang berkaitan dengannya, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya; DAN BAHAWASANYA, Menteri pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 69(4) Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502] telah, pada 19 April 2011, bersetuju mengetepikan Perintah untuk mengambil alih kawalan ke atas Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad; MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia memberikan notis bahawa Perintah bagi pengambilalihan kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad dan perbadanan berkaitannya yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen 69(2) Akta pada 1 April 2011 dibatalkan, dan Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia menyerahkan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad dan perbadanan berkaitannya kepada anggota Lembaga berkuat kuasa pada 19 April 2011. Preamble
- WHEREAS by P.U. (A) 110/2011 published in the Federal Goverment Gazette on 14 April 2011, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has appointed Rakyat Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 452759-X) to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad and its related corporations, and carry on the whole of the business, activities and affairs; AND WHEREAS, the Minister in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 69(4) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502] has, on 19 April 2011, agreed to set aside the Order to assume control of Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad; NOW THEREFORE, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission gives notice that the Order for the assumption of control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad and its related corporations made under subsection 69(2) of the Act on 1 April 2011 is revoked, and Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commissions submits the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad and its related corporations to the Board effective on 19 April 2011.
