NON-ALLOY STEEL ORIGINATING OR EXPORTED FROM
THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA AND THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Affirmative Final Determination of
Administrative Review of Anti-Dumping Duty with regard to Imports of Cold Rolled Coils of Alloy and Non-Alloy Steel Originating or Exported From the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam [P.U. (B) 499/2021]
on 8 October 2021, the Government has received a request and obtained information for an administrative review on the imposition of an anti-dumping duty with regard to imports of cold rolled coils of alloy and non-alloy steel originating or exported from the Republic of Korea and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam
(“subject merchandise”)
and pursuant to paragraphs 28(1)(a)
and
(f)
of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and regulation 34
of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], the Government initiates an administrative review.
