PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2) Akta Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1993 [Akta 504] dan peraturan 11 Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], Kerajaan membuat suatu penentuan awal bahawa tiada margin lambakan di bawah perenggan 23(1)(a) Akta wujud mengenai import keluaran batang penulangan konkrit keluli iaitu batang keluli gulungan panas yang mengandungi lekuk, tetulang, alur atau canggaan lain yang dikelaskan di bawah Kod Sistem yang Diharmonikan (Kod H.S.)

Menurut peraturan 11 Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1994, Kerajaan akan meneruskan penyiasatan berhubung dengan dagangan subjek yang dieksport oleh pengeluar atau pengeksport itu ke dalam Malaysia P.U. (B) 455 3 kerana Kerajaan berpendapat bahawa elemen yang perlu bagi pengenaan duti anti-lambakan mungkin didapati wujud jika penyiasatan diteruskan. Rekod penyiasatan 4. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and regulation 11 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], the Government makes a preliminary determination that no dumping margin under paragraph 23(1)(a) of the Act exists with regard to the imports of steel concrete reinforcing bar products that are hot rolled steel bars containing indentations, ribs, grooves or other deformation classified under the Harmonised System Code (H.S. Code)

  1. Pursuant to regulation 11 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994, the Government will continue the investigation in relation to the subject P.U. (B) 455 5 merchandise exported by the producer or exporter into Malaysia because the Government is of the view that the elements necessary for the imposition of anti-dumping duties may be found to exist if the investigation is continued.
