NOTIS PENGECUALIAN DI BAWAH SUBSEKSYEN 73(1) (FLS LANDS BERHAD)

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 73(1)

Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan FLS Lands Berhad daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi Skim FLS Life Park (Kuantan), berkuat kuasa mulai 25 Mac 2026

tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa FLS Lands Berhad hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa garis panduan berhubung dengan skim kepentingan yang dikeluarkan oleh

Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa.

INTEREST SCHEMES ACT 2016

NOTICE OF EXEMPTION UNDER SUBSECTION 73(1) (FLS LANDS BERHAD)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1)

of the

Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts FLS Lands Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interests in the trust deed for FLS Life Park (Kuantan) Scheme, with effect from 25 March 2026 subject to the condition that FLS Lands Berhad shall comply with any guidelines in relation to interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
