Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 73(1) Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan WI Edu Sdn. Bhd. daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, bagi tiga tahun pertama berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi WI Investment Hybrid Interest Scheme, berkuat kuasa mulai 21 Disember 2024 tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa WI Edu Sdn. Bhd. hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa garis panduan berhubung dengan skim kepentingan yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts WI Edu Sdn. Bhd. from complying with section 47 of the Act, for the first three 3 years in relation to the interests in the trust deed for WI Investment Hybrid Interest Scheme, with effect from 21 December 2024 subject to the condition that WI Edu Sdn. Bhd. shall comply with any guideline in relation to the interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
