BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.29 Mahkota, Johor telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut.

SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 13 Ogos 2024 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya

Negeri N.29 Mahkota, Johor dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut adalah pada 14 September 2024 dan sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam

Bahagian

Pilihan

Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal adalah pada 24 September 2024 dan hari mengundi adalah pada 28 September 2024.

NOTICE TO HOLD BY-ELECTION OF A MEMBER OF

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF JOHORE

FOR THE CONSTITUENCY OF N.29 MAHKOTA

WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N.29 Mahkota, Johore has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member.

TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 13 August 2024 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N.29 Mahkota,

Johore and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be on 14 September 2024 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be on 24 September 2024 and the polling day shall be on 28 September 2024.
