SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 7 Mac 2025 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.48 Ayer Kuning, Perak dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut adalah pada 12 April 2025 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal adalah pada 22 April 2025 dan hari mengundi adalah pada 26 April 2025. - WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N.48 Ayer Kuning, Perak has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 7 March 2025 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N.48 Ayer Kuning, Perak and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be on 12 April 2025 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be on 22 April 2025 and the polling day shall be on 26 April 2025.
