BAGI BAHAGIAN PILIHAN RAYA N.06 KUALA KUBU BAHARU

BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.06 Kuala Kubu Baharu,

Selangor telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut.

SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 4 April 2024 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya

Negeri N.06 Kuala Kubu Baharu, Selangor dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi

Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut adalah pada 27 April 2024 dan sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal adalah pada 7 Mei 2024 dan hari mengundi adalah pada 11 Mei 2024.

NOTICE TO HOLD BY-ELECTION OF A MEMBER OF

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF SELANGOR

FOR THE CONSTITUENCY OF N.06 KUALA KUBU BAHARU

WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N.06 Kuala Kubu Baharu,

Selangor has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member.

TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 4

April 2024

to the returning officer of the

State

Constituency of N.06 Kuala Kubu Baharu, Selangor and that the day of nomination in respect of the said

Constituency shall be on 27 April 2024 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be on 7 May 2024 and the polling day shall be on 11 May 2024.
