- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P.161 Pulai, Johor telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 3 Ogos 2023 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P.161 Pulai, Johor dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut adalah pada 26 Ogos 2023 dan sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal adalah pada 5 September 2023 dan hari mengundi adalah pada 9 September 2023. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the Parliamentary Constituency of P.161 Pulai, Johore has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 3 August 2023 to the returning officer of the Parliamentary Constituency of P.161 Pulai, Johore and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be on 26 August 2023 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be on 5 September 2023 and the polling day shall be on 9 September 2023.
