- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P.187 Kinabatangan, Sabah telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 16 Disember 2025 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P.187 Kinabatangan, Sabah dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut adalah pada 10 Januari 2026 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal adalah pada 20 Januari 2026 dan hari mengundi adalah pada 24 Januari 2026. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the Parliamentary Constituency of P.187 Kinabatangan, Sabah has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 16 December 2025 to the returning officer of the Parliamentary Constituency of P.187 Kinabatangan, Sabah and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be on 10 January 2026 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be on 20 January 2026 and the polling day shall be on 24 January 2026.
