- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.20 Sungai Bakap, Pulau Pinang telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 6 Jun 2024 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.20 Sungai Bakap, Pulau Pinang dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut adalah pada 22 Jun 2024 dan sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal adalah pada 2 Julai 2024 dan hari mengundi adalah pada 6 Julai 2024. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N.20 Sungai Bakap, Penang has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 6 June 2024 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N.20 Sungai Bakap, Penang and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be on 22 June 2024 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be on 2 July 2024 and the polling day shall be on 6 July 2024.
