- BAHAWASANYA Dewan Undangan bagi Negeri Pulau Pinang telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan pembubaran Dewan tersebut pada 28 Jun 2023 oleh Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 5 Julai 2023 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri Pulau Pinang yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual bersama-sama ini dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi setiap Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri itu ialah pada 29 Julai 2023 dan sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam mana-mana Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 8 Ogos 2023 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 12 Ogos 2023. - WHEREAS the Legislative Assembly of the State of Penang has become vacant in consequence of its dissolution on 28 June 2023 by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Penang. P.U. (B) 241 3 TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued election writs on 5 July 2023 to the returning officers of the State Constituencies of Penang specified in the Schedule hereto and that the day of nomination in respect of each State Constituency shall be 29 July 2023 and that in the event of a contested election in any of such Constituencies, the advance polling day shall be 8 August 2023 and the polling day shall be 12 August 2023.
