Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 83 of Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan has. amended the Third Schedule with effect from 1 January 1999-

(a)

by deleting items 6, 36, 41, 55 and 76;

(b)

by substituting-

(i)

in item 21, for the word "Bandar" the word "Bandaraya";

(ii)

in item 25, for the word "Zubire" the word "Zubair";

(iii)

in item 30, for the words "Taman Tun Dr. Ismail" the word "At-Taqwa";

(iv)

in item 39, for the words "KEMENTAH New" the words "Khalid Al-Walid";

(v)

in item 54, for the words "Madrasatul Islamiah" the words "Surau An-Nur";

(vi)

in item 60, for the words "Tanjong Aru" the words "Sirajul Islam";

(vii)

(viii)
