Procedure on appeal
Every appeal under section 7 shall be by means of a written petition which unless otherwise provided shall be presented within fourteen days of the date of service of notice of the decision of the
Board on the person concerned. With such petition the Minister may consider any written reply of the Board to such petition. The decision of the Minister on such petition shall be final.
