Appointment of secretary to the Council

Section 12
(1)
The Director General, who is a member of the Council under paragraph 9(1)(d), shall be the secretary to the Council.
(2)
The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, arrange for the use of the services of any staff or facility of the office of the
Director General.
