Section 64
(1)
An appeal committee may, after hearing an appeal, confirm, revoke or vary a decision made by the Director General under subsection 50(1), or an improvement or a prohibition notice issued by the Director General under section 48.
(2)
An appeal committee shall decide and communicate expeditiously its decision to the person making the appeal.
