Section 12
(1)
The licensee shall furnish to the Commission, upon request, such information, data and documents relating to the exploration activity, construction or operation of the facility or plantship.
(2)
Any licensee who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit and in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
