Application for licence

Section 5
(1)
A person may apply to the Commission for a licence under section 4
subject to such prescribed fee as may be imposed by the Commission.
(2)
Any person applying for a licence under subsection (1) shall provide to the Commission any information as determined by the Commission.
(3)
All persons applying for a licence under this Enactment shall comply with the principles and procedures as may be prescribed by the codes or guidelines issued by the Commission for the purpose of making such application.
