There shall be established in and for the States of Peninsular
of Offenders Compulsory Attendance Act 1954

Malaysia, under the direction and control of the Commissioner
General, at such places as the Minister may from time to time direct,
Compulsory Attendance Centres for the performance therein of compulsory work by offenders in pursuance of Compulsory
Attendance Orders.
