Proof of compliance

Section 33
(1)
The Commission may direct any person to produce or give all such evidence and information as the person may have relating to his compliance with any of the provisions of this
Act to the Commission and such person shall comply with the directions of the Commission.
(2)
Subsection (1) shall not affect any other power conferred on the Commission under this Act.
