Section 46
(1)
Any decision of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal on any matter shall be decided by the votes of the majority of members of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal present.
(2)
The decision of the Online Safety Appeal Tribunal is final and binding and is not subject to further appeal.
