ORDER FOR INFECTED AREA AND PROHIBITION
UNDER SECTION 45

Preamble
- Whereas, The Disease of Avian Influenza is a disease which exists among poultry in Kampung Kauluan, Tamparuli. And whereas it is desired to control and eradicate the Disease of Avian Influenza in District of Tuaran. Now therefore, I, Mohd Sofian Alfian Nair, District Officer of Tuaran, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(1) of the Animal Enactment 2015 (No.8 of 2015), declare that the whole area in the District of Tuaran to be a Disease of Avian Influenza infected area. And for that purpose too, prohibit:

This order shall come into operation on 3 August 2018 until revoke.
