Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa $ ^{2} $ yang di-beri oleh sekshen-kechil (4) sekshen 3 Ordinan Hari Kelepasan Mingguan, 1950, Menteri Buroh dengan ini menambah kapada Jadual kapada Ordinan tersebut butiran yang berikut: “(n) Premises occupied by Supermarkets and Cold Storages carrying on a controlled business as may be approved by the Minister on application." Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Weekly Holidays Ordinance, 1950, the Minister of Labour hereby adds to the Schedule to the said Ordinance the following item: “(n) Premises occupied by Supermarkets and Cold Storages carrying on a controlled business as may be approved by the Minister on application.” Dated this 26th day of July, 1969.
