Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa $ ^{2} $ yang di-beri oleh sekshen-kechil (4) sekshen 3 Ordinan Hari Kelepasan Mingguan, 1950, Menteri Buroh dengan ini menambah kapada Jadual kapada Ordinan tersebut butiran yang berikut: 47/1950. " (r) Premises used for exposing goods for sale in connection with a controlled business carried on by a co-operative society registered under the Co-operative Societies Ordinance, 1948." Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Weekly Holidays Ordinance, 1950, the Minister of Labour hereby adds to the Schedule to the said Ordinance the following item: " (r) Premises used for exposing goods for sale in connection with a controlled business carried on by a co-operative society registered under the Co-operative Societies Ordinance, 1948."
