ORDINAN HARI KELEPASAN MINGGUAN, 1950

Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa $ ^{2} $ yang di-beri oleh sekshen-kechil (4) sekshen 3 Ordinan Hari Kelepasan Mingguan, 1950, Menteri dengan ini meminda Jadual kapada Ordinan itu

(i)

dengan menggantikan butiran (j) di-dalam-nya dengan yang berikut—

" (j) Premises used for carrying on a controlled business and situated within—

(i)

any international airport;

(ii)

any railway station;

(iii)

any hotel;

(iv)

any shopping arcade or shopping complex as may be approved by the Minister on application."; dan

(ii)

dengan menggantikan butiran (q) di-dalam-nya dengan yang berikut—

"(q) Premises used for exposing goods for sale in connection with a controlled business employing ten or more persons."

Bertarikh pada 17 haribulan Julai, 1972.

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 3 of the Weekly Holidays Ordinance, 1950, the Minister hereby amends the Schedule to the Ordinance

(i)

by substituting for item (j) therein the following—

“(j) Premises used for carrying on a controlled business and situated within—

(i)

any international airport;

(ii)

any railway station;

(iii)

any hotel;

(iv)

any shopping arcade or shopping complex as may be approved by the Minister on application."; and

(ii)

by substituting for item (q) therein the following—

"(q) Premises used for exposing goods for sale in connection with a controlled business employing ten or more persons."
